How To Install :
1. extract
2. Run Installer.exe to perform the installation
at the time of installation, the language used is French language. For those of you who are confused enough to click suivant button until the installation is complete (see the figure above)

3. After installation go to folder updates> folder then run the update to 0916 rvpatch110.exe> unzip and then click Close.

4. Move to the folder update to 1207 and then copy all the files / folders, and then paste it into the game installation directory

5. completed

At the extracted folder there were also some folder other than those I mentioned above, such as cars, utilities, etc.. to use each of the files in that folder you can see the tutorial in the README.txt
